Editions & pricing

Priced per deployment.
Not per seat.

Every Naxis client gets a dedicated, single-tenant system — so pricing follows the deployment, not headcount. Invite your whole company; the price doesn’t move. Both editions include every feature; they differ only in where the language model runs.

Naxis Hosted

We run your dedicated deployment; you run your company. Live the same day.

  • Dedicated single-tenant deployment — never shared infrastructure
  • Managed updates, monitoring and backups by Naxis Technologies
  • Answer generation via the Anthropic API under zero-data-retention terms
  • Embeddings computed inside the deployment — documents never leave it
  • Unlimited users, all connectors, full compliance tooling

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered straight

Why per deployment instead of per seat?

Because per-seat pricing punishes exactly the behaviour that makes a knowledge assistant valuable: rolling it out to everyone. Your deployment is a fixed, dedicated system — its cost doesn’t scale with logins, so neither does your bill.

Is there a trial or pilot?

Yes — the usual path is a pilot deployment on a real subset of your documents, so your team evaluates actual answers rather than a canned demo. Ask us and we’ll scope it in the first call.

What does Residency require from our side?

A server or private-cloud environment able to run the deployment (containers + PostgreSQL) and, for local answer generation, a GPU-equipped machine. We handle installation and provide the operations runbook; your infrastructure team keeps control.

Can we move from Hosted to Residency later?

Yes. The editions run the same product, and all state lives in one PostgreSQL database — a migration is a database move, not a re-implementation. Documents re-sync from your sources automatically.

What support is included?

Every deployment includes onboarding (source setup, groups, first users) and ongoing support by email. Priority support and a dedicated contact are available for larger deployments — tell us what your organisation needs and it goes in the quote.
