Terms

This agreement is between you (and the organisation you represent) and Naxis Technologies, for use of the Naxis Assistant product. By starting a subscription you accept these terms; the specifics of your deployment are confirmed in writing in your order form, the Data Processing Agreement and the deployment's generated compliance manifest.

Your subscription. You are billed for the plan and number of seats you choose, in advance, each billing period, with VAT added where it applies. A seat is one person who can sign in; documents, sources, channels and questions are never metered or charged. Where a first-month pilot applies, no payment is taken today and the first charge falls due after the pilot; cancel before then and nothing is charged.

Cancelling and refunds. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal and your instance stays available until the end of the period you have already paid for. Amounts already invoiced for a started period are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Your deployment and your data. Your assistant runs as a private, single-tenant instance on your own domain, managed by us or self-hosted on your own servers as you choose; nothing is shared with other customers. Your content remains yours and is processed only to operate your assistant, under the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

Payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never receive or store your card number. You authorise recurring charges for the subscription until it is cancelled.
