Naxis Technologies

Our mission.

To lower the cost of information. It always moves through chokepoints, and every chokepoint sets a price. That is where we build.

Naxis Technologies, answered

What is Naxis Technologies?

A software company that builds one product: Naxis Assistant, the private knowledge engine that eliminates the chokepoint of knowledge travelling through people. Each client runs their own deployment, and our work is making that engine answer better, safely, from the client's own knowledge alone.

What is Naxis Assistant?

A private knowledge engine: it connects every tool a company uses (documents, mail, CRM, databases, even custom systems), keeps itself current, and answers each person directly from that knowledge alone, wherever they work: Teams, Slack, WhatsApp or the browser. Every answer cites its sources and respects what that person is allowed to see. Each company runs its own isolated deployment, cloud or self-hosted, built to GDPR and the EU AI Act. Knowledge stops travelling through people to get anywhere.

Is Naxis Assistant an AI product?

AI is the engine inside it, and every conversational surface says so, as the EU AI Act asks. The product is everything around the engine: the connected sources, the permissions enforced inside every query, the citation on every answer, the isolated deployment it all runs in. A company that wants nothing to leave its boundary can run the AI model itself inside the deployment; the managed alternative sends only the question and permitted excerpts, retains nothing and trains on nothing.

Who is Naxis Assistant for?

Organisations whose people need answers from what the organisation already knows: files, mail threads, customer records, database rows. It answers the company's own staff, and the externals the company chooses to admit, each person within their permissions.

What does Naxis Assistant cost?

Plans start at €299 a month and are published, each priced by its seats — the people who can use the assistant — with usage never metered; self-hosting is a listed add-on. The pricing page carries the current numbers.

How do we evaluate Naxis Assistant?

Open the live demo: a real deployment with a fictional company inside, where you can read the sources behind every answer. When it convinces you, a pilot runs on your own documents under your own access rules, with an acceptance test drawn from your own questions.

Shadow AI: your people are asking someone else about your company

Every paste into a consumer chatbot is a question your own systems could not answer fast enough. Security vendors sell detection, which reads the app and never the question. What the 2026 breach data actually shows, how far Microsoft's new Shadow AI controls really reach, and why the only fix that scales is making the company answerable.

Naxis vs Glean: enterprise platform or private knowledge engine?

Glean is Google for your company: it finds where things are stored. Naxis is the private knowledge engine that knows what is actually true right now. Different machines, different questions, different prices. An honest way to choose, and the Glean alternative for companies of 5 to 200 people.
